You will find the ppt files of the oral presentations in the section Programme. Only presentations that have had the permission for publication by the authors are published. In the Poster section, the pdf copies of the awarded posters are available. Also, some pictures taken during the Symposium days are published in the Photo gallery.

Registration deadline postponed
The early bird deadline for registering as delegates to EGF 2017 Symposium in Alghero has been postponed to 10th March 2017.
Registration deadline postponed
The early bird deadline for registering as delegates to EGF 2017 Symposium in Alghero has been postponed to 20th February 2017.
A workshop will be organized at 17.00 on Sunday 7 May at the Congress Venue of the Department of Architecture, Muralla de l’Hospital (Bastioni Pigafetta) in Alghero, with the title “Sensing in grassland and forage science and practice”.
It will address all possible sensor systems (e.g. spectroscopy, photography, laser, etc.) and their application in the various vegetation types.
The deadline for sending application for the Grants available to support young European researchers attending the EGF 2017 Symposium in Alghero has been postponed to 31 January 2017.

EGF Symposium 2017 – Extension of full paper submission deadline
with over 220 abstracts received from more than 30 countries, we have received several requests to keep the on-line submission system open.
The Organizing Committee decided to extend the dead line for full paper submission for the 19th Symposium of European Grassland Federation until Thursday January 5th, 2017.
We remind you that full papers must be submitted through OASES platform. Information on the submission procedure is available on the website www.egf2017.org.

we are very glad to inform you that the registration link to register to the 19th EGF Symposium is now on line (Register Here). We also remind you that the Organizing Secretariat has negotiated specific rates with some hotels but rooms are optioned until December-January since May 2017 is very busy for Alghero, which will also host the Italian Bicycle Race (Giro d’Italia 2017) in addition to several other conferences. Therefore, we strongly advise you to start booking your hotel (Accommodation).
Call for abstracts to EGF 2017 –
Extended deadline for submission of abstracts: October 20th, 2016.
As we have received several requests to keep the submission system open, we are extending the deadline to October 20th, 2016.
Abstracts are to be submitted through OASES and should describe and summarize the content of the planned paper with maximally 200 words. Information on the submission procedure is found on the website www.egf2017.org. Choose ‘submission of papers’, register in OASES and follow the instructions.

The International Centre of Advanced Mediterranean Agronomic Studies (CIHEAM), through its Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (IAMZ), will award a limited number of grants that may partially or totally cover registration fees, accommodation and travel expenses for the participation to the Symposium.
Candidates must have an article accepted by the Scientific Committee and come from CIHEAM countries (Albania, Algeria, Egypt, France, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Malta, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia and Turkey). Preference will be given to young scientists from Southern and Eastern CIHEAM countries.
Applications, including a request letter, a CV and copy of the paper/s of the contribution/s submitted to the Meeting, should be sent to the Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Zaragoza (Spain) before December 31st, 2016: email@example.com
Italian Society for Agronomy (SIA) Grants
The Italian Society for Agronomy (SIA) promotes the participation of SIA members to the EGF Symposium with two grants that will cover registration fees.
The grants are dedicated to young members (younger than 32) or members following a PhD course.
Application, including a CV, should be sent before December 31st 2016 to the following e mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
Preference will be given to members with a paper submitted to the Symposium.
